Valid on all characters with the same general timing, except Rocket Raccoon. I don't play either of these characters but KBR wanted my help finding a consistent way to do this so I provided to the best of my ability. That said, I in general don't take requests for characters I don't play if you're not someone I consider a friend, so, please don't ask me to make combos for your team... Maybe character I play + assist I don't use is fine, but I won't make Nova combos for instance... General concept here is letting them fall awhile after fly before j.L so you can also fall as much as possible before j.M to dj j.M j.H j.S, since your fall speed then is less than theirs so it helps get Haggar in earlier in their knockdown. Of course, the higher they are relative to you, the better as well. There's some leeway here, though, I think it's totally practical.
