366This is my arrangement of Flandre's theme from Touhou Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
A few words about my arrangement. It's basically in three big parts.
I start off with a pretty "standard" rendition of the theme, playing everything very closely to how it sounds in the game. I only change the part with the main melody to first include a more grand, less fast version before jumping into a more normal rendition with lots of staccato quavers.
Then I go a second time through the theme in a calmer way. I play the whole chromatic part on the top of the keyboard, and even most of the main tune. Then I go into a very nostalgic "triplets" part to end this second part with a sort of cadenza-shaped sort of kind of sort of thing, using the rhythm from the beginning.
And finally I go crazy at the end. Funky triplets during the chromatic part, funky rhythms during the main tune, mad semiquavers which and end with a huge B Major chord using the rhythm from the opening!
Sheet music doesn't exist! Definitely can't be bothered to write it down (unless a gazillion people ask me to I guess)
