دخل نايثن دريك وسام دريك ورايف ايدلير السجن بعدما اتفقوا مع آمر السجن فارغس انهم يريدون الحصول على كنز كان موجود في ذلك السجن، وكان فارغس يريد ربع الكنز، فقام رايف بقتله ولاحق نايثن وسام ورايف رجال الأمن، لكن سام دريك قد أصيب وفر أخوه مع رايف من السجن ظناً من نايثن أن سام قد قتل. لكن سام قد تعالج ودخل السجن لمدة 15 عاما مع تاجر المخدرات الكبير فيكتور الكازار الذي يريد جزءا من الكنز، فهدد سام بالقتل إن لم يكمل البحث عن الكنز في 3 اشهر فذهب إلى أخيه نايثن دريك للعودة للبحث عن الكنز. بعدما انتهى نايثن دريك من عمله السابق كصائد كنوز عاد إلى حياته الطبيعية مع زوجته ايلينا وعمله بمكتب فأتى أخوه سام دريك الذي كان مفقودا منذ 15 عام ظنا منه أنه ميت وأخبره عن كنز مفقود واتفقوا أن يذهبوا مرة أخيرة للبحث عن الكنز برفقتهم وبرفقة زوجة نايثن ايلينا وفيكتور سوليفان.

Nathan Drake, Sam Drake and Rafe Edler entered prison after they agreed with the warden that they wanted to get a treasure that was in that prison, and Vargas wanted a quarter of the treasure, so Rafe killed him and Nathan Sam and Rafe pursued the security men, but Sam Drake was injured and his brother fled with Rafe From prison, Nathan thought Sam had been killed. But Sam was treated and imprisoned for 15 years with the great drug dealer Victor Alcazar, who wants part of the treasure, so Sam threatened to kill if he did not complete the search for the treasure in 3 months, so he went to his brother Nathan Drake to return to search for the treasure. After Nathan Drake finished his previous job as a treasure hunter, he returned to his normal life with his wife, Elena, and his work in an office. His brother Sam Drake, who had been missing for 15 years, came, thinking he was dead, and told him about a lost treasure.
