Feels like Grim Dawn all over again, normally nothing does overly much damage but then suddenly some optional boss or some group of elites pops up that deal insane elemental dmg, forcing you to always have tons of resist if you don't wanna die easily.

Yet again like the first time I fought Giant Tyrant I die in under 2 seconds before being able to even do anything.
And yet again it's a boss with a bs attack that has no tell but deals so much dmg you just die.

And of course, my lightning res is at 9% when fire es is somehow at 56%.

I really don't think it's too much to ask for bosses to not kill me at max hp in under 2 seconds with common attacks when mobs and elites and uniques and even some other bosses are very easy to kill and even if they do serious damage, they do a reasonable amount that gives me a chance to heal if I get hit.
