Undecember - Random Gameplay & Bishop Sigma cutscene
Something something Ruins, something something grave robber Puru, something something with the Bishop Sigma, tbh even I can't be bothered to follow the story more and in any game I like I normally religiously watch all story scenes, listen to all plot dialog and usually talk to all NPCs.
Gameplay is...aight, I guess it'll be fun sometime but for the time being it is not very engaging as this is the first time, after like 10 hours, that I needed to use a potion and only because I barely pay attention to enemy attacks since you are so damn opaf early on, intentionally apparently.
Some event gives you 2 million gold when otherwise I'd have like 20k and only if I hadn't bought the link runes I got and also chests that give you runes which allows me to use such powerful runes so early on but even without them the game would not have been much harder considering mostly I use the chain lightning which, including linked runes, I got from quests and not events giving out resources balanced for long time players.
The Rune system is pretty fun so far, even though I barely scratched the surface, sadly the parts that make it fun are also those that are perfect for milking microtransactions, due to which the game has become infamous for how incredibly pay to win it apparently gets later.
Because of this I'm approaching this from the start as a temporary thing and I don't think I will keep playing once the game gets really grindy.
Especially not with such a mad backlog and eventually wanting to play Diablo 4 among others.
Hell, I wanted to try out ZZZ, WuWa and Honkai Star Rail as well, not to mention the dozens of games on my Steam Wishlist inching ever further to a low enough base price and big enough discount for me to buy them.
