Tries to be mature and then has a scene about a man selling a stolen bra to horny middle schoolers. I think this perfectly encapsulates the dissonance in this...creation. Not that it's all bad, but...boy was I confused all the way through. Kinda fitting to watch this after Migi&Dali. That one is a messy, unsettling, but ultimately wholesome and heartwarming. This one is confusing, mildly amusing, extremely messy and ultimately completely disappointing and full of itself.

Oh and one thing I couldn't put my finger on-if you watched Lycoris Recoil, Chisato's voice actress is here and she sounds and acts...pretty much the same. Which is a sort of praise, now when I think about it. She actually didn't get too many roles, afaik, so the fact that she stuck out to me so much must mean something.
