2heavily reminds me of juiced! which was out at the time - crop of games attempting and horribly failing at challanging NFS underground.
And you have no idea how much that pains me as NFSU is made by EA!!! fucking devil of corporate shitshow. to know that they were basicaly unrivalled since first NFS untill well into post underground (NFS pro street maybe?) times being basicaly the best racing games on PC.
They did not go far enough tho i can see some of their systems being allright idea.
