•Sans' secret room :
•Hard Mode: This is an unfinished mode/ easter egg where if you name the fallen child “Frisk” you can go through the RUINS on a “Hard Mode”. Enemies are stronger and are mostly from the end game. Also, there is a GREAT battle OST that plays only during this mode.
• Sans is Ness: A classic. MattPat from Game Theory made a theory that Sans is Ness from Mother 2 / Earthbound.
• The game remembering actions done on previous timelines This is a very well-known mechanic where the game remembers what you did (mostly Flowey) Such as Toriel Remembering what kind of food you like. • The Annoying Dog represents Toby Fox : This one is self explanatory.
• Fallen Child Name Easter eggs : There are various Easter Eggs on this section of the game.
• Fourth Froggit “I actually found this out on my very first playthrough. In the room with the Froggits (is that plural?) You can hear mention of a “Fourth Froggit “, they are just hiding in a hole in the wall.
Tier 2:
• Papyrus's Favorite Food is Oatmeal with dinosaur eggs “I have to search this one up, I the official Undertale Q&A section Flowey says that Papyrus’ favourite food is oatmeal with Dinosaur eggs. Which to be fair, same.”
• Punch Card Glitch Speed Running Trick where you use the punch card to skip a cutscene with Alphys
• Megalovaina originally being from a rom hack Toby made Yup, from the famous Halloween Hack
• Alphys hidden cameras You can find her secret cameras around the game, the easiest one if just outside of the ruins in the first section.
• Dirty Hacker Ending This is an ending if you just modify the game to get to the end game without any prerequisites that would lead you to the various endings.
• Blue attacks color being darker in v1.001 They were made darker for colour blind people to see it better, I honesty thought it was just me I noticed it immediately.

• Entry 17 There are two Entry 17, one by a mysterious character and one by Alphys, they both are unused and are both equally mysterious.
• Fun Value Events Every copy of UNDERTALE is personalised, and the FUN value is what determines what happens during your playthrough. One well known one is Sans calling the player about their fridge running.
• W.D. Gaster: The man who we believe that speaks in hands, he is verry well hidden with the only mentions of him being with NPCs many people (including me) think it is this guy. But we do not really know.
• Mystery Man This is an NPC that can spawn in a room by the waterfall (depending on RNG/FUN) Many people think that THIS IS GASTER.
• Goner Kid One of the “(G)aster fallowers” That can spawn depending on your FUN value.
Tier 4:
• The test rooms There are various tests rooms left over in the game that you can go through in the DEBUG mode, a lot of them have some cool stuff in them and a lot of cut-dialog.
• I'm a goofy goober yeah For some reason there is an image in the game files that says this line, placeholder most likely
• Big boner down the lane Random Text in the code for some reason you can see this in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bo5l_lbfxJ4)
• Sans on the 700 Club From what I can tell this is from a news show? It looks like a TV program. It is about a parent going through their daughter’s phone and seeing Sans. (https://imgur.com/zxezfOl)
• "Star" Unused track, I do not know what it would have been used for, maybe a cutscene? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkSEgbY_ey4)
• Annoying Dog error room When your SAVE file is corrupted you are left with the Annoying Dog error screen.
• Flowey's voice line being from a McDonalds ad Toby and team Sampled some voice lines from this McDonald’s AD (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXoUvwbD0oI) for Flowey and the Almagamites
Tier 5Toby Fox created the Undertale Rule 34-page Undertail is Undertale’s R34 label, request by Toby himself so that spicy pics and whatnot and the regular stuff is separated.
• Flowey is based of a creepypasta character Toby mentioned that Flowey is based off a character from the Creepypasta Godzilla, I could not find which character it was.
• All the main characters are the 7 deadly sins Sloth: Sans [] Envy: Alphys [] Lust: Mettaton [] Pride: Papyrus [] Wrath: Flowey []
• The Annoying dog would originally have been shown in a bikini if speedrunned. Yup, this is a good meme that would have happened if the player managed to do such a thing
• In the end of the pacifist route Asriel turns in the Delta Rune
