Just like the Undub of Project Zero for Xbox previously covered (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTZS0Rd1Pr0), this mod for the US release restore the Japanese voices both in pre-rendered cutscenes and movies but lacks soft-subs during gameplay. The PAL version of the game has soft-subs for Spanish, Italian (check 25:57 of this video https://youtu.be/PA7S3YEFunI?list=PLK90dmZYjMekDGyNkByAfCVq6CctGC4xw and then 26:08 in the video you're watching), French , English and German during gameplay. It's a mystery why Tecmo handled English softsubs in such a bad way for the first Project Zero. It's still playable but some parts might not be accessible to people not able to understand basic Japanese. An undubbed version of the PAL release would be perfect.

Fatal Frame III: The Tormented is a Japanese survival horror video game developed and published by Tecmo in 2005 for the PlayStation 2. It is the third installment in the Fatal Frame series. The story follows Rei Kurosawa, a freelance photographer who has been tasked with taking photos of an abandoned manor. After she spots an apparition of her fiancé she recently lost in a car crash, events quickly take a paranormal turn as she begins to explore the manor in her dreams and learns of its connection to those suffering from survivor's guilt.
