If you got issues with the boss Medeox, beware that the constant beam attack it does that one-hit kills you, is harmless if you don't look in the direction of the boss. It's like Medusa from Greek myth. One easy way to finish this boss can be found below under the Mission: Nearly impossible guide, but the boss is much easier on easy. If you do this boss in the same playthrough as the The Crow, you won't be able to use Frost magic, so you won't be able to use the "summon ice block" spell. There is however a similar trick you can do by taking control of a strong skeleton using the arcane control spell, which is the arcane spell you learn from the spirit in the golden box in the Catacombs. The spell doesn't require any investment in the arcane stat, but for each 5 points invested you can take control of another skeleton to use as a shield. There's even scrolls to summon "shields" for you. There's also spells and similar for poison immunity, so you don't get poisoned. Personally, I did the challenge just fine on easy using a bow and the Bow mastery 3 skill you can buy from the store in the Halls and the basic healing magic spell or some healing potions. The Bow mastery skill requires you to kill a decent amount of enemies to use, but it gives you the effect of greatly boosting the damage your bow will do. The third version of the skill allows you to stack this effect 6 times.
