This challenge is pretty easy with a speed potion and preferably 2 melee immunity scrolls. Melee immunity scrolls are extremely limited in the game, I only found 2, so beware! It's possible without, but each one allows you to skip 10 seconds! It goes faster and faster, so save the scrolls for the last 20 seconds. If you mess it up you can always quit the game before it saves and reload to get your potions and scrolls back. Back up your save before you attempt it is a good idea as well.
