Continuing our Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Beginner's Guide series, we are taking a look at the Empire of Rising Sun Rocket Angel: Rocket Angels are an Imperial Tier 3 flying Elite Infantry. Their special ability is to toggle to Paralysis Whip, which disables an enemy unit with combined effects of Terror Drone stun & Hydrofoil Weapon Jammer. Like many other tech units, they are not viable competitively (and are only used rarely during Yuriko Rush). How did Rocket Angels go from the S-Tier Rocketeers from RA2 to become one of the worst, useless units in the game? While messing around with Rocket Angels, I discovered quite some potential in them (since nobody ever uses / has ever seen Rocket Angels online, those were new discoveries for me). Could Rocket Angels simply be a high-skill unit whose full power has not yet been unleashed?

For Rocket Angel's strategy, they do not have many good combo options. Despite seeming like a good support unit, Rocket Angels themselves already possess enough destructive capabilities. They already target both air and ground, plus, their special ability is hard to micro effectively.
