Unity: Object Instantiation + Accessing & Modifying Components

Simple example used in my NSCC Game Development - Level Programming I course. The code showed how to instantiate Unity objects and access, add, and modify Unity object components, all via code.
Of course this example fails in optimization and requires an object pool, a programming pattern that will be taught later on.
