Remember to make BACKUP SAVES (multiple times if you like).

The following is what I have noticed from unlocking these twice:
• Lilith seems to unlock regardless of the choice (i.e. First time unlocking these I picked Reunite with the Shard, and after doing it again I Rejected the Shard, both times I got Lilith, and Ellie at the end)
• Ellie unlocked for me with Lilith both times when I went for the New Business Achievement (Good Skateboard Score).
• Fiona unlocked on my second attempt with Zero the first time, and the second time I used the glitch method and even though I already had Ellie it gave me Ellie and Fiona. (Its possible she simply requires multiple playthroughs to unlock).
• Zero unlocked both times after having both outcomes on your save (Reunite with the Shard / Reject the Shard), i.e. the first time, and second time I completed different options as my first playthrough, and in the second attempt I played through the same ending twice (Glitch Method) and he still did not unlock, Zero did not unlock both times until I had Reunite with the Shard & Reject the Shard, However, both times I was aiming for the New Business ending, so you may also need a good skateboard score with both outcomes.
