In Game Map Description:
After the destruction of the German Army Group Centre by the Soviets in the summer campaign of 1944, the Soviets had stopped just short of Warsaw. On the 12th January, the Soviets unleashed their Winter campaign in the north. Breaking through the thinly held German lines within a matter of hours. As the vast bulk of the Soviet forces in the area charged northwest for the Baltic coast, the Soviet 47th Army and 1 Polish Army (operating under Soviet authority) encircled Warsaw and quickly reduced the German garrison.
Notes: Me and some bots play this time in this map. I like the available cut-throughs in the buildings on this one. I need to explore more of those and find some choice spots. Would be a great map with real players. Oh, and hide your radios :]
