0I am a HEMA enthusiast and have been my entire life, though I've never been trained apart from sparring with my dad (also a HEMA enthusiast) and friends, and I haven't sparred in over 2 1/2 years. Also, as you may have noticed throughout the video, I am naturally left-handed, and I taught myself how to fight with my right hand, though it is currently limited to a one-handed grip, and I am not yet fully comfortable wielding a shield in my left hand.
