Update Video 15 - New Video on the Main Channel (again) and the Direction of This Channel

The dilemma I have is the following:
Made a new series on the Main Channel called "Look Out For " which spotlights upcoming games. When the game does release I plan to make a follow up video and upload the whole footage here. To record the footage I can either stream or record locally. If I stream I can't adjust the volume of the game and commentary since everything is on one track but I can export the stream to YouTube easily. If I record locally I have to deal with the file size and I have to render the video for YouTube, but I can adjust and mute audio tracks for the follow up video. I can also not talk when recording or streaming so that's an option.

Any advice will be appreciated.
