In today’s MCreator tutorial, we explored the “Update/Notify Block at X Y Z” procedure block and how it works with the “When Neighbor Block Changes” trigger. This feature allows a block receiving a signal on any of its six sides to get a direct block update through a procedure. Normally, signals only happen when a block is placed, broken, or its blockstate changes. However, by using procedures, it’s possible to trigger updates through scripts and other events, giving you far more control and flexibility in your modding projects.
