"USA Racer" for the PlayStation 1, released in 2002, is a racing video game developed by Davilex Games.

For over five decades, a covert group has orchestrated illicit street races across the USA. What initially began as a lighthearted gathering has evolved into an annual competition fueled by both cash rewards and the pursuit of glory. Only six individuals are granted the opportunity to showcase their racing prowess. "US Racer" encompasses 11 tracks situated in diverse locations throughout the country, including iconic cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Washington DC, as well as scenic routes through the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone.

The primary event, the Tournament, is divided into three segments: Park Trial, City Trial, and US Race. Advancement through each section unlocks the subsequent one. The tracks are replete with obstacles, jumps, and adversarial racers intent on forcing competitors off the road. Law enforcement also intervenes in the form of police presence. Scattered power-ups along the tracks offer car repairs, speed boosts, and cash rewards.

Accumulated funds can be utilized to enhance the vehicle, conduct repairs, or purchase pre-race boosts. Upon completing an entire tournament with a specific car, an alternative vehicle becomes accessible for that character.
