Using Copyrighted Music On YouTube - Content ID, Copyright Strikes and Contacting Copyright Owners
Music copyrights are very complicated making dealing with and disputing content ID claims for in-game music extremely difficult and even risky.
The facts are, game copyright owners rarely, if ever, own the rights to the music in their games.
As such, to the degree you can control it, you need to be careful with what in-game music you allow to remain in your video game videos.
