How To Try New Things - Why Experiments are Winning On YouTube
Most people who consult with me want a black and white answer for what will help them achieve success. I always encourage people to experiment with new content or try new things and then allow the math in their analytics to determine what works and what doesn't.
Experimenting with new YouTube content doesn't have to be hard. Make sure your experiments aren't so wild that they completely alienate your audience, but you should feel free to try new things while your subscriber base is still relatively small.
