Using the PS1 Xplorer (Cheat Cartridge) on Syphon Filter (Almost Max Armour Cheating Special)
3An example of how to add cheat codes to the Xplorer on the PlayStation model with a parallel port but before that some of the feature of this cheat device:
1: You have a screen viewer which allows you to view the main menu of your PlayStation.
In order to add cheat code to this cheat device I basically went to these great websites below:

Found a cheat I liked by searching my game title and the system type I would then find a cheat code for my game which is normally a combination row of 12 numbers and letters.
After finding the cheat code I would go to the main menu on the Xplorer I would then go to select cheats by pressing the x button to take me to the game menu.
I would then press square on the words new game and type my game title using the x button then press the start button to save the title then I would go to the game title in the games list and press right.
Then the words new cheat description should appear then I would scroll down to it and press square to add a cheat title using x then press start when done. Once finished I would go to the words new code by pressing down and press square again on those two words.
At this point, I would type my 12 digit code of numbers and letters using the x button and press start when done. If additional rows are needed just press down and square on new code and repeat the above process until you have entered the rows needed.
At this point, I would press the x button on the game title to activate all my new codes or if you just want one code just select them one at a time by pressing the x button then press start to take me to the games menu.
I would then press x on the start game words which loads your cheats onto the game and the words starting game please wait will appear.
Hopefully, after viewing this cheat cartridge in action, it will convince you it's worth buying :D
