While not entirely practical due to the high energy drain of Defy, Iron Vault can be built with high strength in combination with Seismic Palm to increase slam damage by 1,500%, then boosted by the innate "charges" you get from kills. This is boosted with a gas build, allowing heavy DoT's to occur on enemies not killed instantly.

This is even effective against the Grineer, despite them being resistant to almost 50% of the weapon's total damage and the damage being blocked by heavy armor.
