This configuration guide may help you aim better.
Start by finding your Unreal Tournament system folder. Open Your UnrealTournament.ini file and search for CacheSizeMegs.
Adjust it to 64 or 128.
This will mean that you do not have to download things as often when playing online, as it is now able to store a larger amount of data on your computer.
