Some Notes:

* Every hit matters, make sure you do the delay at the beginning to hit all ki blasts of jS
* When I was labbing this I found that I had to time my assist call to make
sure I was getting full damage on Tohan, so if it's inconsistent try to look at that.
* After the first baseku assist, make sure to do jLM and not jLL, otherwise you'll miss on smalls. You can do jLL on talls though.
* If doing on thins, it won't kill them, but you'll be perfectly set up to SD to them, wait and IAD jM crossup which will kill.
* Provided your assist works for the rest, you might be able to do baseku assist first into 5M jMS jcS 214M...

j = jumping (i.e. in the air)
jc = jump cancel (jump to cancel animation so you can do the moves after)
DR = dragon rush
whiff = intentionally miss
delay = wait a little bit
LMHS = light, medium, heavy, special respectively
(x) = follow up for the move
