This is a basic consistent TOD. Uses a little more bar than most because of the vanish, but oh well. You can make it more optimal by getting 5LLL from kid buu assist and doing the normal route, but for me personally it was a little too inconsistent.

You might also be able to get a DR into grab from ex dive instead to save a little more bar, but i'm not very familiar with the timings and it would take a lot longer to lab. Sorry.
