I have finished maxing out my Vaal Lightning Strike Raider apart from a couple of super expensive upgrades. This is not a cheap build to get to this level but could be done on a more reasonable budget, but may not be simulacrum and uber boss viable

I would not recommend this build for new players as putting it together may be too complicated to get all the moving parts working together

A lot of the footage is not from the final setup so is weaker in most of the footage

Probably 10ish divines if you craft the items yourself for the most part. A video may come out going over this set up if I get time. Budget version uses merc lab enchant as they are cheap
