I've removed the two 40mm fans on the heatsink, they are loud (althrough nobody really hears it) and that they aren't really necessary as the heatsink can easily cool the chip on it's own without fans. Temps only rose a bit, but never into overheating territory, the worst was the spike at the start which hit 70C, but otherwise 55C is the norm.
Left : HEVC_VAAPI encode for 1080p msmpeg4 video
Right : x265 superfast encode for 1080p msmpeg4 video
There is a GPU load added right at the start, but removed after 4m30s.
