First I need to fix some problems preventing VKD3D 2.14 from working. Then I played Illegal Entry and rested in the garage, monitoring the GPU's temps. The CPU has a passive desktop tower heatsink, but it should be fine due to the low wattage.
The Vega 8's VCE seems to have some kind of bitrate bug when I used ffmpeg with -b:v to compress the video. The whole file here is just 400MB. It's stuck at a hillariously low 1Mbps for some reason. Could be that it can't do 2 streams at once properly? Oh idk.
