Valheim - I have seen huge timber roofs, but have you seen a flat stone roof? Do you know how to make it? To be a shelter?
Using the wood Iron beams (that support stone) you can hide the 26 degree double thatch roof in side the stone floor block. You then have a flat stone roof (or floor) that maintains the shelter buff.
UPDATE: 20/4/2021 - Stone floor is a valid roof, Thatch is not needed. Shelter is a calculation of ROOF and walls projected in rays. They are at 45 degrees from your head, and 8 rays from the upper half of your body. So under a 6m roof there are 3 floor tile sections that are always unusable and will never be valid under any sized roof. But add 2 posts *(or bigger) in the right location and you will have "The sheltered buff"
