Valheim EP2 | Finally Built A Sail Boat! | 4p Local Co-Op with the family | Steam Early Access
#valheim #survivalgame #norsemythology
Hello Everyone!,
We have been hearing a lot of buzz going on with Valheim and thought it would a great family co-op game. Impressively, it was developed by a small team, Iron Gate Studio, from Sweden and sold millions of copies in its first months of release. It is still in early access mode, so there should be a lot of content still to come.
There's a slight bit of violence but nothing over the top. Leo and Hugo have been playing Minecraft for a while now which is pretty much the same level of violence except Valheim has better graphics. The game itself does not have a designated age rating yet, but in my opinion the violence is pretty tame. You just need to make sure your kids are okay with some spooky environments as there are walking skeleton warriors and some other type of monsters. In modern gaming there are much worse options.
We managed to get 4 copies from Steam so that we could do 4 player local co-op / co-operative. Apparently there is a sea serpent we need to defeat so step one is to build a Sail Boat and to get the open water and find the Serpent. We intended to show 4 screens in this video but #BeautifulMommy ran out of disk space so we could only do 3 screens this time around.
Anyways, in this video we just ended up building a Sail Boat which we rode to another island. Shortly after the two noobs HugeMindMaster and BeautifulMommy got slayed by some monsters. We didn't find the sea serpent, but at least we now have a boat :D
Hope you like the video, thanks for watching!
