0First off, I Love This Game!
5/5 Recommend for fun crafting adventure.

Survival.
For me, this is the Rule of 3. The genre of game called Survival refers to the collection of resources to build what you need in the game while fighting enemies. There is an accepted tolerance, I feel, from gamers, allowing games to be called Survival when, in fact, they are not entirely.
I'd like to offer my perspective.
The rules of 3 are a guide survivalists use to help them plan for certain situations. The basic needs for life for the average human. These are designed to be easily remembered and in order to help one focus on what's really important if/when "SHTF".
The Rule of 3
1. 3 minutes without air - "Need to breathe. No breath, no life."
2. 3 hours of exposure - freezing or overheating can be a serious threat.
3. 3 days without water - hydrate hydrate hydrate
4. 3 weeks without food - Ya gotta eat!
There is one more that I personally add to my own list.
Human beings need more than just breath, shelter, water and food. We also need fun. Entertainment is also a requirement for staying alive. Without our mental wellbeing, the strength to procure the other needs will surely fade.
3 months without fun - play, laughter, challenges, companionship
That last one isn't really going in this review, it's a G.A.M.E. ...fun is purpose one. Let's dive into this Viking 'survival' game and see just how true the claims of the gaming community are compared to the survival community in terms of real survival.
TL:DR - survival in a game vs real life.
((for fun. I am in no way attempting to say that games cannot use the term "survival" unless they meet my own standards of the term. This is just a fun comparison and is intended solely as Entertainment))
