Valheim - Snapshot - Setting the Tables - Expanding the Dining Area & Organizing Feasts at the Dock
The continuing adventures in the Valheim world we've have been running since Hearth and Home was released. All vanilla, no mods, survivor mode.
This is a light building and decorating video. There is no combat, only food organization and dining expansion. Recording was made during patch 0.219.13.
A bit of a break for the combat to try my hand at making feasts.
I spent a couple of days cooking all of the new feasts and decided that I needed a place to show them off in the dock.
Yesterday, I had started to set on of the longer tables, but it will not fit all of the new feasts, so I decided to make another serving table.
For that, I needed materials for the rugs and the table, which meant iron nails. It took a minute to check home and then the Pavilion for the parts that I needed.
Once I had everything for the table, it was back to the dock, and then I remembered I needed material for the rugs, so it was back to the Pavilion again. Those portals are pretty close together, but save me a bit of time from running back and forth.
I then made new red rugs, a second table and started laying out the food.
I really like how you can relocate the feasts if you haven't eaten from them, that made for a lot of fun thinking about how to lay out the tables. I'll have to put drinks and other food down now that I've got the space.
Overall, I'm really liking the serving tray, that is a cool mechanic, and I'm glad that I can play with the decorations a bit more.
This clip is from day 2165 and will be included in an upcoming video.
