I used the cheesy strategy to beat Valkyrie 70 on June 18, 2020. This strategy has not been fixed on Global. I did this with my second account, so my characters and gear are pretty weak. Leonhardt was only 3 stars; Listell is 4 stars and her gear is pathetic. All character equipment is shown at the end of the video. I also left a lot of damage on the table on turn 9 by forgetting to move Varna off of the fire, so she died immediately. She should have gotten off a volley of Thousand Arrows onto the group if I had moved her. This is a variation of Nitro's strategy with changes recommended by users in the comments of his video. Note: there is significant RNG involved with where the angels go. You may have to restart a couple times until they find their way to Varna in the top left. If they go towards Listell in the beginning, just start over.
