This challenge is very straightforward. You have two objectives: kick the 4 slimes into the goals and eliminate all the enemies. It takes 2-3 heroes to kick a slime into the goal, so losing a hero will set you back greatly. The key is to keep Tiaris hugging Freya so she doesn't die from taking too much damage. Also, try to use 3 heroes to deal with 1 slime. You can position one hero as a barrier wall to prevent you from kicking a slime too far.
