Beat this with my second account using a Legion of Glory team of Elwin (6 stars), Yulia (5 stars), Young Jessica (4 stars), Tiaris (6 stars), and Lester (6 stars). My Yulia and Lester have pretty bad gear. Lester is wearing Spirit Boots. If you don't have that, you can get a somewhat similar effect with Move Again if you spend a runestone on him. My equipment and characters are shown at the end of the video.

General strategy is: Hook with Lester on Bernhardt, then focus fire him. Then have Lester dance around with Tidal Surge until cooldowns renew, then hook Egbert. Dance some more, then hook Imelda if you can. If you cannot hook her, cast Miracle with Tiaris before she AoE's you so your characters don't get one shotted. Once Bernhardt, Egbert, and Imelda are taken care of, it's just clean up with the remaining enemy tanks.
