6Welcome back everyone, Phil from Aussie Garage here today to watch Vanners for Variety Toy Run hosted by West Coast Vanners Short 4. The Toy Run is for Variety WA for Disable, Disadvantage and Chronic Ill children through WA. Lately Variety WA is doing more and more in the disadvantage area for families and are struggling to keep up with demand.
The Vanners for Variety Toy Run goes from Wells Park at Kwinana Beach up to Fremantle, through Cottesloe and Scarborough, then up to Hillarys via West Coast Hwy. From then they will go down Hepburn Ave to Whiteman Park Motor Museum where all the toys will be donated to Variety WA for their annual Variety WA Christmas party for these children. It a great cause that West Coast Vanners have chosen to do, and Aussie Garage is here to support them all the way.
This year on the Vanners for Variety Toy Run will be members from Rumble in Rocko Inc and High Rollers Bedford club as well, then more the better for Variety WA. This year there was about 40 Vans and Classic Cars on the run, which is the biggest so far but it can get bigger and better yet.
