Rambling description of how I fixed skewed horizontal vectors on a Vectrex. Or how it magically fixed itself. I'm really not sure, but it works now!

UPDATE January 21, 2018. I put the game on the shelf for a few months and when I tried it again, it was back to the same display problem it had when I got it. The search for the problem will continue.
