Strategy details below and in the video. No Wire Tracing? No Problem! I have the sequences memorized as far as I can memorize them now, so here you go! This is totally speed-runnable, and I hope the SKIP button is enabled at some point for Phase 2 (Gears) and Phase 3 (Boiler Room) to make it even more speed-runnable. Here's the sequence:

[PHASE 1: "WIRE TRACING" LOL]
Right side (FOXY): Boxes represent 2, 3, 4, 1 from Left-to-Right
Left side (Crawltrap): Shaped like a box, text illustration is in the video
Middle (Ennard): Crushed zig-zag S

[PHASE 2: GEARS]
Small Gear 3 - Complete Circuit 3 (Starts Conveyor 3)
Wait for Medium Gear to get off of Conveyor Belt 3
Medium Gear 3 - Complete Front Circuit 2 (Opens Grate)
Small Gear 3 - Complete Mid Circuit 2
Medium Gear 2 - Complete Back Circuit 2 (Closes Grate, Starts Conveyor 2)
Wait for Large Gear to get off of Conveyor Belt 2
Large Gear 2 - Right side of Circuit 1
Medium Gear 2 - Move from Back Circuit 2 to Front Circuit 2 (Opens Grate)
Small Gear 2 - Top of Circuit 1
Medium Gear 2 - Bottom-Right to Complete Circuit 1
Done!

[PHASE 3: BOILER ROOM]
Right side (Room 1): Pipe 2 should be horizontal, Pipe 1 should look like a bottom-right corner, Pipe 3 should look like a top-left corner.
Middle (Room 2): 2, "Flip", Flip, Flip (in any order -- Rotating first is likely faster since you see that button first)
Left (Room 3): Hit the button (can do this through the door as it's rising, apparently)
