you will need to complete 2 quests for each Mirror Network rank (1, 2 and 3)

Once you have opened Tier 3,
you can start to repair broken Mirrors (3 per day)

it requires the use of 'Handcrafted Mirror Repair Kit'
sold by Simone in Sinfall for 20 Infused Ruby each

every day, a specific group of mirrors will be up

(for fast check) you can use a script/macro (in the video description)
