Swan Song is a ynfg made by scummbag, where you not only need to find effects, but mementos as well, and interactions with npcs in real world can alter some of the dream worlds.
The game has been updated in the recent DDJ, and so I give it a go. Overall the new areas are ranging from alright to pretty good. It's understandable on how they updated this, considering, they also do some updates on the real world ones. I like the new effects, with stage being the best cosmetic (I guess atm, but hopefully will have some actual usage), and checkpoint being the other best with function. It's basically like a built in telephone effect in 2kki, except you can place it at any point of any area, which is very neat and convenient! As for the new memento, it's another demo tape, which is good.
As for what I was trying to do in the near end, I was trying to find some events I guess, which I still found some. There might be some more that I missed, but this exploration sufficed enough, and had really fun on the new update. Maybe there will be a small follow-up, but who knows.
