Practicing an overpowered, exploitable combo (G+K, dfP~K,K) with my Vanessa Lewis against my custom AI Lion Rafale in VERSUS mode of Virtua Fighter 5, in the match after I hit him with if five times in a row--15 consecutive hits--I found the game had mounted the Mantis Head "dunce" item on him. : o

According to the FAQ ( https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps2/466561-virtua-fighter-4/faqs/16875 ), a Lion character taking 15 consecutive hits will get the Mantis Head stuck on their character. : o
