[VGM] Far East of Eden Zero - "Higan's Sadness" (Extended 30m + SPC700 status)
Did an extension of "Higan's Sadness" from Far East of Eden Zero.
This theme plays very early in the game after defeating Zettai Reido - the first commanding officer of Hell's army - and... something unfortunate happens near Higan's place, but I'll not spoil anyone about what that is. _*Proceeds to subtly hide it in the thumbnail*_
Then you may listen to it again after liberating the [Turtle Nation], soaring to Turtle Shrine and asking for all 5 crab items in the joint (the house with the crab emblem at the top), if this was done (in any order), you're stopped by the crabs that were doing the funny acts and... turns out they can talk... so, they talk about their past and how they ended up here.
After this scene, you get the [Crab Helmet] item from them, which is required for a secret boss fight later in the game, along with other 4 items, two of which can be obtained during specific periods in the year, such as the [Moon Watching Festival] coming every 9/3 (this video was uploaded RIGHT the day before!)
This is a really melancholic track, excellent for reminiscing personally, and one of my biggest favorite tracks in the game.
For notes about the SPC700 status and some commentary about the game itself, check out the description of my previous extension on "Mysterious Hill"! Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjPXN9kxeQs
