0I'm really not very good at Bloodborne. Somehow, I managed to beat Vicar Amelia on my first try in new game +, so I thought I'd share.
Looking back, it was not a very good fight on my part, but it did give me a chance to really marvel at the animations in this game. The Vicar Amelia fight, in particular, really shows off how good this game can look. Being able to target the middle of Amelia makes all the difference. When you get close to her, the point of perspective shifts so that the player is closer to the camera, yet still shrinks when compared to the beast. When you combine that with the fantastic particle effects from Amelia's attacks and the great player character animations, it's hard not to be impressed. A lot of it can be hard to notice when you're actually playing, sometimes.
