After losing round 4 of the World Team Championships 2022, India was precariously positioned. They had to beat USA in order to move in to the top 4 spots of their group and qualify to the quarter finals. On top board Vidit Gujrathi took on Hans Niemann with the Black pieces and it was a very exciting game! Vidit played some marvelous chess and helped team India crush USA with a score of 3-1. India makes it to the Quarter Finals and will face France. For now, enjoy this brilliant game along with the analysis of IM Sagar Shah.
