French bike brand Vitus, known since the 1970s, has unveiled the new E-Mythique LT electric mountain bike.
This version is marked LT because of the long running gear, with 170mm front suspension and 160mm rear suspension. 29" front wheel and 27.5" rear wheel provide agile handling.
The E-Mythique LT is available at an affordable price thanks to Vitus' partnership with Chinese bike electrical system specialist Bafang. They collaborated to customize the Bafang M510 mid-engined setup offering a high 95Nm of torque. The bike is powered by a 630 Wh battery.
Users can choose from five riding modes: Eco, Eco Plus, Trail, Boost and Race. Modes can be easily changed during the trip using the display.
E-Mythique LT is available in three versions. The LT VR is priced at $3,699 and features SR Suntour suspension and a Microshift transmission. The $4,199 LT VRS model has a Sram drivetrain. The top-of-the-line LT VRX costs $4,599 and has RockShox suspension and a Sram GX and NX Eagle drivetrain.
