So, in continuing to go through the Bricklink store I bought, I have found a number of problems, both of the type I knew to expect, as well as things that I was not expecting.
I have found pieces that were not included in the file, but they were present.
I have found pieces that were listed as present but were missing.
There were pieces listed as New, that clearly were not.
I knew there was going to be a small amount of non-Lego, and it is true, I have been working through weeding it out.
I have been checking conditions on all the pieces along with counting them, and checking to make sure it IS all Lego. A time consuming task on 23,000 pieces plus!
The worst error I have found so far is a single part, there was supposed to be 19 of them, but there were none. However, I have had counts off more than that - the issue is that the part was priced at $20.00 each! I looked and am fairly sure that they were intended to be 20 cents each, and so it was a keying error. But that comes out to $380 more value in the store than was present, just in that one part!
So, I am hoping Monday or Tuesday I will be done and the parts will be uploaded to the store.
