This is just another quick thank you vlog and customer service experience report. I bought a pair of Ailihen i60 heaphones from a seller on Amazon UK called, Sample Tech. I found out that the headphones were faulty when given to a family member on Christmas day. I mailed Sample Tech the same day to let them know about the fault, within three days they sent me a replacement pair ahead of me returning the faulty pair. Now that's excellent customer service.

Here are the headphones, they're cheap and cheerful and are usually on sale for around a tenner, I'll be doing a review soon.
