Looks like I'll be able to stream this game after all, at least without complaining all too much about the horrendous performance. Simply turning off Precache Shaders gave me a huge boost, despite it saying that it was only to lower CPU load and that it'd introduce stutters. There are still the occasional stutters, sure, but this is leagues better than last stream, and I get to play the game at not the worst possible quality. Things are looking up, and I can now start enjoying the game fully.
