Here I explain the solution to all my printing issues I have been having. The gear was getting spat out of the extruder into the centre of the housing. all sorts of random issues where extrusion would just stop all of a sudden.
this solved all of my problems as well as correctly adjusting the Squishy screw.
Tip of the Day: Screw Squishy screw in till it seats and back out 1.5 turns. then screw out tension spring thumb screw till you an freely spin the spring (zero lash) then turn it in 2 full turns.
